2nd assignment: Cultural globalization GENG JIAYI

Currently, due to the relationship between culture and globalization, the global nature of human exchanges is deeper and more extensive than ever before, and countries are more interconnected and interdependent than ever before.

At the same time, hegemonism and power politics still exist, protectionism and unilateralism continue to rise, wars, terrorist attacks, famines and epidemics occur one after another, and traditional security and non-traditional security issues are complex and intertwined. Governance, trust, peace and development are the contradictions in building a community with a shared future for mankind.

In the context of globalization, the impact of adverse factors in individual regions will not be limited to one area, but will spread to multiple countries and even the world. Countries should "work together to keep each other warm" instead of going their own way.

Building a community with a shared future for mankind is a dynamic development process, which specifically includes changing unfair and unreasonable arrangements in the global governance system, increasing the voice of emerging market countries and developing countries, and promoting equal rights, equal opportunities, and equal rights for all countries in international cooperation. Equality of rules, promoting the democratization and rule of law of global governance rules, and striving to make the global governance system reflect the wishes and interests of the majority of countries in a more balanced manner.

Only by establishing a sense of a community with a shared future for mankind, promoting economic connectivity and positive interactions among countries, and improving global economic and financial governance can we reduce inequality and imbalance in global development and enable people of all countries to fairly enjoy the benefits of world economic growth.

Structural reforms are a good solution to the sluggish growth of the world economy. However, the reform process may cause obstacles and opposition within each country. Therefore, it is even more necessary to promote the spirit of partnership and truly implement the results of international cooperation into people's lives.

The global economy is in a period of profound change. The current task is to deeply understand this change and take active response measures. Completing this task requires the cooperation of all countries. Global economic governance should be driven by cooperation and encourage countries to strengthen communication and coordination.

Compared with alliances in the traditional sense, partnerships provide countries with more flexible foreign policy options. More importantly, partnerships create a win-win environment. In comparison, alliances require more obedience, which can lead to damage to the country's interests or put it in a dangerous situation.
