Hofstede's Variable---ZHANG LINYUE

The data shows that China and South Korea are close to the level of individualism culture. However, the Chinese data is higher than the Korean data. As an example of classroom habits on campuses in both countries, in Korean classrooms, group activities and group presentations are often conducted. While in Chinese classrooms, individual projects are preferred.

The degree of uncertainty avoidance is much higher in Korea than in China. Still taking the classrooms in both countries as an example, Korean classrooms prefer to inform students of all the activities of the semester in the first class, and even class quizzes for a particular class need to be informed to students in the first class. In China, The content and length of the lectures are based on the professor's teaching schedule in the classroom. There is no fixed time limit.Students are not informed of the exact schedule and activities in the first class.
