[23/11/24] Review what WTO is doing for Korea? And How important is WTO membership for those countries and how important is WTO for modern globalization?

 

The WTO plays three roles for South Korea.

First, They lead negotiations among member states and promote free trade. Promote smooth trade activities by reducing trade barriers.

Secondly, They mediates disputes between Member States. Mitigate conflict by making fair judgments and resolving disputes.

Thirdly, They develop trade rules with Member States. It serves to promote fair competition and increase trust among member states.

 

And for the second question, It is important to join the WTO membership because it can help economic growth by expanding trade volume and diversifying trading partners.

First Blog Assignment  What Is Globalization?  (by R. Robertson and Kathleen E. White) 1) Summary of content The essay " What Is Globalization? ", written by Roland Robertson and Kathleen E.
