Q. Is Korea/China/Your country more oriented towards short-term or long term? On a scale of 1 (short term orientation) to 100 (long term orientation), what would be your guess?

A. I think Korea is a competitive society and has a high long-term orientation compared to other countries because there is a culture that values future success. There are many people who plan long-term plans for months or years, and they tend to be patient for later satisfaction than right now. For example, students persevere for good universities, companies, and continue to strive for their own development. That's why I think the score will be around 90.

First Blog Assignment  What Is Globalization?  (by R. Robertson and Kathleen E. White) 1) Summary of content The essay " What Is Globalization? ", written by Roland Robertson and Kathleen E.
