What is interesting about this document is the understanding of the phenomenon of de-territorialization and its influence. De-territorialization means that culture loses its geographical and social relationships, which means that it has become free from regional constraints and has become a more important factor than its geographic location. The phenomenon of de-territorialization is caused by economic, political, and technical factors, and is especially related to the increase in electronic media and communication technologies and systems. As a result, our daily lives are affected by remote events, and local meanings are dismantled and reconstructed. De-territorialization is a phenomenon that is confusing and confusing at the same time, but it can also be understood as a phenomenon of freedom and vitality in that it reflects the characteristics of our time and is not geographically limited in everyday meanings.
